According to the "Celebrity Real Estate Blog", Actress Busy Philipps has sold her Hollywood home for $1.075 million which is almost $275,000 less than she paid for it in 2005.

This market is pretty bad, even for celebrities. Hopefully, everyone will get out of this slump soon. But I have to say, I love her taste. What a beautiful home!

Great news! Busy is back on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles!

Her newest episode aired tonight (sorry for the late notice) and she'll be in next week's episode, as well. :D

Busy has also been tapped to play Courtney Cox's BFF and co-worker in the new pilot series, "Cougar Town" on ABC. Thanks to the Hollywood Reporter.com for the news.

Apparently, Busy also had a small cameo on NBC's "Kath and Kim". I'll get caps up ASAP!

Busy hit the red carpet with her husband, Marc Silverstein (co-writer for the film) on Monday night to mark the world premiere of "He's Just Not That Into You".

Busy has a small role in the film, so be sure to look for her if you catch the film in theaters this Friday!
